EFKA Frame Solutions certainly took centre stage at The Sign Show, held at the NEC Birmingham this month. The debut edition of the UK’s first dedicated signage expo drew strong interest from across the industry, and EFKA’s signage was right at the heart of it. EFKA Frame Solutions built a striking giant lightwall for the Knowledge Zone, showing exactly how illuminated ideas can transform a space and create maximum brand impact. Visitors to the EFKA stand explored how their tension fabric frames and lightboxes can be tailored to their needs whether for retail, events, or large-scale branding projects. The team were on hand throughout the show, keen to “talk shop” and share their extensive knowledge on signage solutions. They also showcased their new outdoor range which is a storm proof, weather-resistant solution built to deliver powerful brand visibility in any environment.
Outdoor Range Now Available in the UK
We are proud to present our new line of storm-proof and weatherproof outdoor (TFS) fabric frames available to purchase now in the UK webshop . The exterior outdoor 27 signage profiles cab be configured and purchased anytime from our UK webshop or you can contact the sales team for advice. These exterior signage profiles comes standard in silver and black. The silver version features an extra-thick anodised coating for enhanced durability, while the black variant is finished with a specially developed weatherproof lacquer, offering robust protection against the elements. Specially developed for outdoor use, the new frames are lightweight, maintenance-free, and suitable for years of intensive use, in all weather conditions. Thanks to an integrated barb in the frame channel, the tension fabric remains tensioned even in strong winds. This guarantees a professional look regardless of the weather conditions. EFKA Frame Solutions is proud to announce an update about its participation in this year’s Sign Show, taking place in September at the NEC Birmingham. Currently under construction is a 10-metre-wide light wall, standing an impressive 3 metres tall and illuminated on all four sides. This will be a huge, glowing centrepiece that you simply can’t miss the moment you walk into the hall at the NEC. A real showcase of what's possible with large-format illuminated displays and another example of what we can deliver.
Project Spotlight: National Portrait Gallery
We’re delighted to share one of our standout collaborations this year—an extraordinary exhibition called 'Legends' by Zoe Law at the National Portrait Gallery, delivered in partnership with our long-standing client Genesis Imaging in Fulham. Between November last year until March 2025 Genesis Imaging supplied both the fabric prints and organised the installation of the display.
